When Steve confronts a couple of ramblers he finds in his garden one morning they inform him that a public footpath runs right through his land - and that they intend to use it. Matt and Meena arrive and are surprised that Steve and Nicky's solicitor didn't point this out when they bought the place. They ask Steve and Nicky to sponsor the kids who are doing a recorderthon in the village hall.
