Native Oklahoma -
Native Oklahoma is a first-of-its-kind television pilot brought to life through a historic partnership between several Oklahoma Native American tribes and the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority (OETA/PBS). This anthology-style program features a collection of cinematic stories produced directly by the Cherokee, Cheyenne and Arapaho, Choctaw, Osage, Kiowa, and Ponca nations. Compiled and edited by CATV47 (Cheyenne and Arapaho Television), the pilot serves as a vibrant tapestry of Indigenous storytelling, highlighting the unique heritage and modern resilience that define the Native experience in Oklahoma.
