Navajo Highways

After years of living in the city, Sadie realizes she has never spent any time on the Navajo Nation. So, she decides she wants to learn more about who she is and where her Navajo heritage comes from. Much to the excitement of her parents, they agree to let her spend the summer with her grandma Sally, who still lives deep within the Navajo reservation. Not long after her arrival, she finally meets her long-lost Uncle Al, for whom she has only heard stories of. A true-life cowboy who runs the family ranch. Along with him, she finds out she has a cousin named Ash. Who quickly becomes her best friend and fellow adventurer. Along her summer journey, Sadie begins to learn Dine' words and cultural customs she had never known about before. Her summer of learning is going to be one for the books.
